Welcome

My name is Sarah Diggle, I'm 46 years old, married with two children and live in Essendon, Victoria. In September 2008 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

A note to anyone searching for information - There is so much information on the internet that can be, to say the least mind boggling at such a confusing time for those newly diagnosed with breast cancer. The following websites are a great resource, they are genuine and provide much needed information that can help you be informed as well as help you to make your journey as comfortable as possible. I found them most helpful in the beginning and I still visit them frequently so that I stay well informed about what support groups, what facilities are available to me. To learn how I can continue to stay in top shape both physically and mentally so as to ensure I'm doing the best I can to help myself live life to the best of my ability is now a huge focus for me.

Take a look below, empower yourself with knowledge so you can make the right decisions for you.
